Volunteer

Joining us at Candlebark could be for you!

By volunteering a little of your time to Candlebark you meet a dedicated group of friendly people and help preserve our natural environment.

Our nursery is strongly supported by a volunteer program that contributes to plant propagation, maintenance, administration and general nursery operations.

It is an excellent way to gain indigenous horticulture experience and a comfortable, relaxing way to develop your plant skills. No experience is required, just an enthusiasm to learn.

Check out the many ways in which you can offer your skills and time in support of our aim of ‘helping people help the environment’.

By helping Candlebark Community Nursery you are directly helping to conserve and enhance our local native flora wildlife habitat!

Interested in knowing more? Contact us or visit our nursery when we are open to the public for a tour of our facilities and a chat about how you might help grow our objectives by helping us help our local environment.
