Helping people help the environment
Our goal is to help people help the environment by planting indigenous vegetation.
Suppliers of quality local native plants from the Maroondah, Manningham and Yarra Ranges council areas.
Candlebark Community Nursery focuses on propagating and growing an extensive range of indigenous flora, from the most delicate groundcovers and medium-sized understorey plants to huge eucalyptus trees.
Since commencement, Candlebark has sought to encourage community planting of hardy, environmentally-friendly, indigenous plants that have evolved specifically for our local climate over millions of years.
We are open to the public for retail sales:
Wednesday to Friday 10am to 2pm
Sun 10am – 2pm
Our plants can complement any design theme, from the most formal to bush or cottage gardens, and even lawns. Their use is limited only by your imagination.
We grow and supply indigenous native plants, so help your local environment grow!
