How to place an order

The table below shows Candlebark’s plant availability on EvergreenConnect in real time
— botanical name and pot size for everything currently in stock. You can order from this list for pick up from the nursery. Please note that we are not able to deliver.

Check here first to see what’s available before filling out and submitting your order. Please note that our order form has been designed specifically for forward ordering (plant availability for 2027 autumn / winter / spring planting seasons). This means that not all plants on the order form are available for purchase right now.

If you need to check the numbers of each plant available, you can do so directly on EvergreenConnect (for registered users) or enquire at the nursery.

Following the instructions below, complete the order form and email to

sales@candlebark.org.au. 

Forward orders for 2027

1. Download the order form below and open it in Excel (or a compatible spreadsheet program).
2. Enter the quantity you’d like next to each plant in the Quantity column. Your estimated cost for each item and the running total will calculate automatically. 
3. If a plant shows as ‘Limited’ in the Availability column, please order early. These species are limited due to rarity of source material or being hard to grow.  If a plant you need isn’t listed on the form, contact our propagation team at propagation@candlebark.org.au
   or call 0494 0888 804 for urgent enquiries.
4. Complete all order form details — include the order name, approximate or confirmed pickup date, planting site address/location and other relevant information. Please let us know if  your order relates to a specific revegetation project or you need provenance data for reporting purposes. Where known or important to provenance requirements, please include the plant community, Ecological Vegetation Class (EVC) and Bioregion.
5. Include your name and contact details. We will send you a formal quote for acceptance before confirming your order. Once confirmed, we will send you a tax invoice to enable your to make your payment before pick up.
6. Save the completed form, then email it to sales@candlebark.org.au.
